Mind Opening Books

Mind Opening Books is the product of Burton H. Wolfe, known as “The Father of the Alternative Press.” The major purpose of this unique publishing operation is to extend to book format what Wolfe did with his 1960’s periodical that touched off the “Alternative Press” movement, The Californian: that is, to present subject matter which is taboo elsewhere and vital for intelligent, rational thinking. There will also be books published for their literary value.
